Does anyone remember what Labor Day is all about, the reason behind the holiday?

Created in 1882 by Matthew Maguire, secretary of the Central Labor Union of New York, and signed into law by President Grover Cleveland, the Federal holiday guaranteed working individuals a day off.

In honor of Labor Day (for those in the US), the massive Labor of Love giveaway has multiple authors’ labors of love that span several genres.

 

Winners will be chosen on Labor Day, September 2, 2013.

Entries via Rafflecopter will start on August 18, 2013.

All prizes will be distributed by the donor of the prize.
