Wish I wrote that!

Last week I asked if you've ever read a book that made you say, “What a great line. I wish I wrote that!”

We had such a great response, I'm doing it again and will make it a weekly event.

Following is a collection of authors who are sharing their best lines. I've included buy links in case you're like me and just gotta read more. Click on the titles to be whisked to the site.

~ Sunset Warrior

“Yep, we’ve been out here in the sun way too long, fellas,” the man with the long, gray beard spoke up, meeting her gaze with a serious expression. “Or, maybe we’re all dead, and this here is the angel they sent.”

~ Viking Fire

“I am not marrying.” She shook her head for emphasis. “So there will be no morning, nor night, nor wedding.”

"Is that a broadsword on your belt, or are you just glad to see me?"

~ Predator's Refuge (Gemini Island Shifters 3)

Tendrils of teasing perfume waved around her body, blending into the golden brown highlights in her hair and winding their way around her hips and breasts. Exuding from her pores and sinking straight into his. Delicious, sensual saturation.

~ Troll-y Yours (book 2 of The Centaurs series)

Kempor Aleksander pounded his hips against the hottest female Centaur in all
Boronda. And he was bored.
